José Ruiz Márquez from Estepona presents his second book of recipes at La Casa de Las Tejerinas

The City Council of Estepona reports that the Estepona author José Ruiz Márquez will present next Thursday, December 12, at 18.00 hours in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, his book ‘Recetas caseras sencillas de hacer II’, which gives continuity to the one published last year with the same title.

This is the fourth publication of this author from Estepona, who entered the publishing world with his first work ‘Memorias de un esteponero’, a book-diary published in 2022 by Azur Grupo Editorial. In October last year he published the first volume of ‘Recetas caseras sencillas de hacer’, in which he compiled the recipes that he himself prepares in his day to day. This publication was followed in April of this same year by his third book ‘Recuerdos de un esteponero’ (Memories of an Esteponero). Now he is back with new culinary creations.

When he presented his first cookbook, Ruiz Márquez admitted that he had never cooked in his life. “I have only known how to work, but due to life circumstances I had to learn how to make food. I learned that it was only necessary to make food with a lot of affection and love and, in this way, everything comes out better”.

Encouraged by the good reception of his publications, José Ruiz Márquez has captured in this new book his particular recipe book and his skill in the kitchen, as he had the opportunity to demonstrate this summer in the program ‘Tierra de Sabores’ of Canal Sur TV, with the chef Bosco Benítez.
