Miguel Palma, a philosophy student from Estepona, presents his book ‘La Metamorfosis del Pensamiento’ at the Casa de Las Tejerinas.

The event will take place next Wednesday, August 14, at 7:00 p.m., with free access until full capacity is reached.

The author will have a dialogue with the well-known broadcaster JuanMa Herrera.

The Estepona City Council informs that the student of Philosophy of Estepona, Miguel Palma Molina, will present next Wednesday, August 14, at 19:00 hours in the Alfonso Gil Hall of the Casa de las Tejerinas, his first book entitled ‘The Metamorphosis of Thought’, recently published.

The author will maintain a dialogue with JuanMa Herrera, former radio and television announcer at Radio Television Estepona.

Admission is free until full capacity.

Synopsis: This book is the result of the reflections of a young man with great philosophical and scientific interest. It compiles a multitude of articles of different kinds, covering both current social issues, always approached from a critical point of view, as well as historical, scientific, ethical, political and philosophical issues. Despite being an essay with a logical order, the fact that it is a collection of independent articles makes the reading free and fluid, which allows the reader to take the book in a pleasant way.

Miguel Palma Molina was born in Malaga in 2004. He lived his childhood and adolescence in Estepona. He studied Primary School at the Victor de la Serna School and attended Secondary and Baccalaureate at the Monterroso Institute. In 2022 he moved to Madrid to study Philosophy at the Complutense University, where he is currently studying. His interests cover various fields of knowledge, but he is especially interested in philosophy, science and the history of knowledge.

JuanMa Herrera: “The first time we met on Radio Estepona, Miguel was 11 years old, he came with his school Víctor de la Serna to the section ‘School on the radio’. The second time was when he was 16 years old, in 1st Bachillerato, for an interview; and the third time, already at university, when he was studying Philosophy. This last and several more times, with our dear friend, David Mesa. It was a privilege to listen to both of them talk about all kinds of topics, without any previous script or anything like that”.
