Paloma Ripollés exhibits a sample of her pictorial work ‘Paisajes’ (Landscapes) at Casa de Las Tejerinas
The inauguration of the exhibition will take place on Thursday, May 23 and will be open to the public until June 5.
The Estepona Town Hall informs that the painter Paloma Ripollés will show her latest works in a new individual exhibition whose inauguration will take place next Thursday, May 23, at 7:00 p.m., in Room 1 of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in the Plaza de las Flores.
The Madrid artist will show eight large-format works from the series ‘Paisajes’ (Landscapes), very representative of her style, contemporary landscapes in which the mixture of colors with a refined technique stands out, transmitting emotions and communicating the richness of color and texture of the works.
The exhibition can be visited until June 5, from Tuesday to Friday, from 09.00 to 20.00 hours, and Saturdays from 09.00 to 14.00 and from 16.00 to 20.00 hours, with free access.
Paloma Ripollés is a painter specialized in painting and engraving. Born in Madrid and living in Estepona, she studied Fine Arts at the Complutense University of Madrid. After living in Florence, where she exhibited for the first time, and after a master’s degree at the International University of Art, her career took off. He exhibited in Rome and in many of the best Spanish galleries, receiving good reviews from art experts.
During his long career, he has received the best reviews from leading art experts who highlight his unique and personal style, with roots in the painting of Benjamin Palencia, the Indalian school and the tradition of Sorolla.
“Art is able to touch the soul, to communicate ideas, thoughts and emotions. My painting is the way I relate to the world, the way I express what I feel,” says the artist.
Paloma has exhibited her work on more than 25 occasions both abroad, in Florence, Panama, Nantes and Miami, and in Spain, in cities such as Madrid, Toledo, Malaga, Caceres, Pamplona and Valencia, among others.
