The Cine-Club starts the year with the French film ‘Three Nights a Week’ at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center.

The City Council of Estepona informs that the Cine-Club of the municipal delegation of Culture will start the winter cycle with the screening of the 2022 French film ‘Trois nuits par semaine’ (Three nights a week), a film by Florent Gouëlou, between drama and romantic comedy, starring Pablo Pauly, Romain Eck, Hafsia Herzi, Harald Marlot, Mathias Houngnikpo, Holy Fatma, Calypso Baquey and Jean-Marie Gouëlou, among others.

It will be next Thursday, January 11, at 20:00 pm, at the Centro Cultural Padre Manuel, in original version in French subtitled in Spanish, with free admission until full capacity. In collaboration with the Alliance Française of Malaga.

Synopsis: At 29 years old, Baptiste (Pablo Pauly) silently checks the feeling of doing nothing with his life, focused on a job as a manager in a department store and a married life (for eight years) unstructured by the rhythm of Samia (Hafsia Herzi), who works at night on the streets of Paris, in a team of prevention and detection of AIDS.

But that’s where the unexpected emerges, in the person of ‘Cookie Kunty’ (Romain Eck), with wig, leopard coat, spectacular makeup, provocation and seduction. Like a spell, a window that opens, Baptiste lets himself be drawn into the nocturnal path of the small group of drag queens that surrounds Cookie, since it is also his chance to start a photographic project, his true vocation.
