The City Council collaborates with IES Mediterráneo in an educational project to inform citizens about economics and finances
A multilingual information point will be set up on Monday, April 15 from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. in Calle Real (Paseíllo area).
Estepona City Council will collaborate with the IES Mediterráneo in the educational project Metaecoverso, which will consist of the installation of an information point on home economics, investments, insurance and many more topics of interest.
It will be held in Calle Real, Paseíllo area, on Monday, April 15, from 09.00 to 14.00 hours. In addition, it will be multilingual, since the students, who will be in charge of providing information, will do so in Spanish, English, Ukrainian, Polish and Arabic.
The initiative has been developed by the Economics teacher Daniel Jurado Aguilar, together with his students of 3rd of ESO of the subject of Initiation to the Entrepreneurial and Business Activity.
The Consistory encourages citizens to visit this information point, where they can see the great work that these students have done and that will offer them the opportunity to learn basic but very important notions about everyday economy.
