The City Council will open this Saturday the municipal swimming pool of the Santo Tomás de Aquino sports center.

It will be open to the general public and to students enrolled in summer courses until September 8.
The City Council of Estepona reports that next Saturday June 22 will open to the public the municipal swimming pool of the Santo Tomás de Aquino sports center. As explained by the councilman attached to the delegation of Sport, Luis Miguel Gil Amores, the pool, which has a surveillance service and lifeguard, will be open from Saturday for the general public, and from Monday June 24, for students enrolled in swimming, courses and school, aqua aerobics, aguagym and physical activity for seniors in the water.
It will be open until September 8, Monday to Friday from 13.00 to 18.00 hours, and on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, from 11.00 to 20.00 hours. The installation will only be closed on July 7 and 16, coinciding, respectively, with the Fair Sunday and the festivity in honor of the Virgen del Carmen.
The entrance fee is 1.5 euros for children (under 14 years) and 2.5 euros for adults. There is also a season ticket of 40 euros for children and 60 euros for adults.
Tickets can be purchased through the page reservapista.estepona.es as in previous years and are already available for sale.
The surveillance and lifeguard service is provided by the same company that is responsible for security on the beaches of the city. There will be two lifeguards in each shift that will ensure the welfare of bathers and the quality and condition of the water.
