Spring of stories for equality’ is a cycle of storytelling through which aims to prevent gender violence and promote education in values, with special attention to equality, with the elimination of sexist stereotypes that corset both women and men.
The cycle began on April 12 and consisted of four storytellers for children and families: ‘No more, no less’, ‘Out with the monster. Stories against gender violence’, ‘Rebel princesses also count’ and ‘Acacia and the wind and other stories’.
This initiative is a continuation of the line of work being developed by the Municipal Women’s Information Center in the fight against gender inequality, with actions to raise awareness among the general public, and is funded by the Andalusian Institute for Women of the Ministry of Social Inclusion, Youth, Families and Equality, under the Funds of the State Pact against Gender Violence of the Secretary of State for Equality and against Gender Violence of the Ministry of Equality.
Attendance to the storytelling will be free until full capacity is reached.
