The Municipal Library will be open on Saturdays and Sundays for the preparation of competitive examinations and end-of-year and selectivity exams.

The initiative, in force as of this weekend, aims to meet the requests of students facing end-of-year exams, Selectividad or competitive examinations of any kind.
The City Council of Estepona reports that the Antonia Guerrero Room of the Municipal Library will open on Saturdays and Sundays from this weekend for the preparation of oppositions and end of course exams and selectivity.
The Deputy Mayor of the Sociocultural Area, Paula Herrera, announced that this initiative aims to facilitate the study of students who will soon face the University Entrance and Admission Test (PevAU), opposition tests or end of course exams at different educational levels.
To this end, the Municipal Library, located in the Padre Manuel Cultural Center, has enabled one of the two rooms available to it, the Antonia Guerrero room, located on the second floor, intended exclusively for study, consultation and reference, increasing the opening hours to coincide with the opening hours of the cultural center, wider than those of the Library itself, so that the room will also be open on Saturdays and Sundays from 09:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 21:00 hours.
For its part, the opening hours of the María Zambrano room, located on the second floor, which houses the resources available for loan, such as books, films and music, will remain uninterrupted, from 08:00 to 22:00 hours, Monday to Friday, and Saturdays, from 10:00 to 14:00 hours.
