The Polideportivos del Carmen and La Lobilla will host the Oda Sensei Kendo seminar.
From May 24 to 26, the best athletes in this discipline, as well as national and international masters, will meet in Estepona.
The Estepona City Council reports that the Polideportivo del Carmen and the Polideportivo Cubierto de La Lobilla will host this weekend from 24 to 26 May the traditional Oda Sensei, a Kendo Seminar that includes competition practices.
In this event, organized by the Club Shion Dojo Kendo Malaga Estepona, with the collaboration of the City Council, will involve numerous practitioners of this discipline (Kendo is a martial art that includes fencing techniques for Japanese sword), duly federated.
Also, international masters and national Kendo masters who have participated in previous editions will attend. Attendees will have the opportunity to attend a special six-hour training with Master Oda Masayoshi, 8th Dan Kendo Kyoshi. It will be on Saturday 25 at the Polideportivo La Lobilla, from 10.00 to 13.00 and from 16.00 to 19.00 hours, prior registration at inscripciones@shian-dojo.es.
The schedule of the seminar is as follows:
Friday 24: from 10.00 am to 1.00 pm and from 5.00 pm to 7.00 pm.
Saturday 25th: from 9:30 am to 12:00 noon and from 3:30 pm to 6:00 pm.
Sunday 26th: from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
