Apartment in Estepona

Unpacking the heavy bags feels different when you know you aren't flying back next Sunday. You arrange your books on the shelf, fill the fridge with local produce, and realize you have three full months ahead of you. This three-bedroom apartment in the Selwo hills is designed for those long stays, where a property stops being a quick getaway and becomes a proper second home.

Designed for real life

Holiday apartments can be small and simple, but spending a season here requires comfort. You have 191 square metres to spread out in, featuring an open layout that connects a sharp, modern designer kitchen with the living area. Floor-to-ceiling windows bring the outside light right through the home. The 36-square-metre private terrace is your daily dining room, while underfloor heating ensures the floors are warm on a cool January evening. Two bathrooms serve the three bedrooms, giving guests their privacy when they visit.

Everything under one roof

Living here gives you access to a private health club. Start the day in the gym, switch between the indoor and outdoor pools depending on the weather, or end the week in the spa and sauna. If you need to stay connected to the office back home, the on-site coworking space keeps your dining table free of laptops.

The right side of town

Tucked into the landscape above Estepona, this address removes you from the coastal traffic while keeping the Mediterranean in clear focus. The town centre, with its tapas bars and marina, is a quick drive down the road.

Who it belongs to

The remote worker, the winter escaper, or the couple looking for a substantial foothold in southern Spain. It is a highly capable, comfortable property that makes long-term living effortless.
