Registrations are open for the traditional Christmas Tournament 2025 of the Municipal Sports Chess School.

It will be held from December 15 to 19 at the school’s headquarters, at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center in Estepona and in Cancelada.

The City Council of Estepona informs that the Municipal Sports Chess School will celebrate next December 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 the traditional Christmas Tournament 2025, for which the free registrations are already open.

In this activity will participate the students of the Municipal Sports School of Chess, both from Estepona and Cancelada, in all categories, and from the Active Participation Center for the Elderly. The games will be played with clock, 10 minutes per player. The schedule is as follows:

– Monday 15, at EDMA-E (at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center): U-7-8, from 16:30 to 18:00 hours.

– Tuesday 16: U-10-12, from 17:30 to 19:00 hours.

– Wednesday 17, at EDMA-C (in Cancelada): all categories, from 17:00 to 19:30 hours.

– Thursday 18: U-14-16 and Seniors, from 19:00 to 20:30 hours.

– Friday 19: Senior, from 11:00 to 13:00 hours.
