The City Council announces the contest for the poster announcing the LGTBI Pride + Estepona 2026, to be held in June
The deadline for submitting posters will remain open until April 29. The winning poster will be awarded a single prize of 300 euros and will be announced on May 4.
The City Council of Estepona has announced the contest for the poster announcing the LGTBI Pride + Estepona 2026, which will be held from June 15 to 20, in order to promote equality and diversity in the municipality.
The object and purpose of this contest will be to have an original poster announcing the LGTBI Pride + Estepona 2026, according to the following rules, available on the Notice Board of the Electronic Headquarters of the City Council.
Each participant may submit only one original and unpublished work, with free theme, style and technique, and color.
The size of the poster shall be 50×70 cm, with vertical format and must be mounted on a panel or rigid support that allows its proper handling, without framing or glazing, and properly packaged, without being able to appreciate any detail of it.
The poster must include the following text: “ORGULLO LGTBI + ESTEPONA 2026 – DEL 15 AL 20 DE JUNIO” (LGTBI PRIDE + ESTEPONA 2026 – FROM JUNE 15 TO 20).
In a sealed envelope, pasted on the back of the poster, the name and surname, contact telephone number and e-mail of the participant must be included.
The deadline for registration is April 29th. The delivery of posters will be made by the General Entry Register of the Town Hall, located at Avenida Juan Carlos I, 40, from 9:00 to 14:00 hours.
After the deadline for submission of entries, the jury will determine the winning poster, after deliberation of its members.
The City Council will award a single prize of 300 euros for the winning poster. The jury’s decision will be published on the Estepona Town Hall notice board.
The winning work will become the property of the Estepona Town Hall, which will acquire all rights. The non-winning posters may be withdrawn personally by their authors or by an authorized person, within a period of one month.
