The registration period to participate in the XXVIII Triathlon ‘Villa de Estepona’ 2026, in which around 240 athletes are expected to participate, is now open.

The test, which is one of the oldest in Andalusia, is scoring for the XXVI Provincial Triathlon Circuit Diputación de Málaga, and will be held on Sunday June 7. The registration period will remain open until 23:59 hours on June 1 in triatlonandalucia.org.
The Estepona City Council informs that the registration period is open to participate in the XXVIII Triathlon ‘Villa de Estepona’ 2026, which will take place in the town on Sunday June 7, and is expected to bring together a maximum of 240 participants.
The competition, one of the oldest in Andalusia, scoring for the XXVI Provincial Triathlon Circuit Diputación de Málaga, has become a classic of local sport and a must for professional athletes and amateurs.
The test will be disputed in the Sprint mode. Thus, participants will have to swim a distance of 750 meters (one lap), a test that will take place on the beach of La Rada, from 09:00 hours. Then there will be an urban circuit of 20 kilometers by bicycle (four laps) and, finally, the athletes will run a 5 kilometers race on foot through the town of Estepona.
The XXVIII Triathlon ‘Villa de Estepona’ is organized jointly by the Provincial Council of Malaga, the City of Estepona and Estepona Triathlon Sports Club, with the concurrence of the Andalusian Triathlon Federation (Malaga Delegation) as an entity entrusted service provider.
The registration period will remain open until 23:59 hours on June 1, and can be done online through the website www.triatlonandalucia.org (or directly at the link: https://triatlonandalucia.org/competiciones/xxviii-triatlon-villa-de-estepona-2/).
The registration fee is 30 € for federated and 40 € for non-federated, as set out in the registration page of the Andalusian Federation.
There will be trophies for the top three finishers, male and female, in absolute individual categories and clubs, and medals for the top three finishers in the various individual categories and Paralympic triathlon (youth, junior, U-23, senior and veterans 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5).
