Nutritionist Laura Pérez Naharro presents her book ‘El método de los 3 platos’ (The 3-course method) at Casa de Las Tejerinas
The event will take place on November 15, at 6:00 p.m., with free admission until full capacity is reached.
The Estepona Town Hall informs that next November 15, at 18:00 hours, will take place in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in the Plaza de Las Flores, the presentation of the book ‘El método de los 3 platos’, by nutritionist Laura Perez Naharro.
Published by RBA Libros, ‘El Método de los 3 Platos’ challenges diets focused on weight loss and questions their impact on both physical and emotional health. The book argues that the failure of diets is not a matter of lack of discipline, but of the restrictions they impose. Instead, it proposes an educational and sustainable alternative that teaches healthy eating without extreme restrictions or obsession with weight.
‘The 3-course method’ is a visual and practical resource that allows you to design balanced meals according to each person’s tastes, budget and time, without counting calories or weighing food. Beyond improving nutrition, it invites us to reflect on other factors that influence our eating habits, such as genetics, social environment and emotions.
The book includes practical tools such as recipes and templates to implement this technique in an effective and sustainable way. By moving away from pesocentrism and restrictive diets, it seeks to encourage a healthy relationship with food, promoting lasting changes and healthy eating accessible to all.
