María Lourdes Gómez Ruíz (Lu Gómez) (Málaga, 1965) defines herself as a painter and art enthusiast. She is a contemporary artist with a long career in the world of painting. Color is the main axis of her works. In her different collections, it is the human being who is the protagonist in its different facets. However, nature forms a symbiosis with humanity.
Through colors and the female figure, which represents the relationship of the soul with the environment, the painter questions the history, origin, meaning and authenticity of life, transmitting perceptions that transcend her work, offering those who admire them alternatives to question their existence and that of the world around them.
