Infrastructure: Avenida San Lorenzo to be redesigned

Seven companies have submitted bids for the elaboration of the project and the execution of the works to extend the boulevard on Avenida España towards the city centre. This was announced recently by the town of Estepona.

The works will take place on Avenida San Lorenzo. One focus is to be on the exterior redesign, the construction of a two-storey underground car park for 300 vehicles and the creation of shopping and leisure areas.

The successful bidder will be required to complete the works within a maximum period of six months. The clauses for the award of the contract are published in the Estepona Town Hall Procurement Profile.

The works are scheduled to take place between January 2024 and December 2025.
