The City Council reinforces the Green Line service to respond to citizens’ requests in less time
Residents can raise their concerns through the free ‘Green Line’ mobile app or the website www.lineaverdeestepona.com.
The City Council of Estepona reports that it has strengthened the municipal service ‘Green Line’ with the aim that citizens can report more quickly and easily to the Consistory of the incidents that occur in the city.
To this end, the application for cell phones and tablets ‘Green Line’ has been improved, which allows through a geolocation system to automatically detect the exact coordinates of the public space in which the incidence of which you want to report is located.
In addition, the City Council has strengthened the municipal department that manages this service so that the incidents of the neighbors can be attended and responded to as soon as possible.
As for the operation of ‘Green Line’, the user can send a photo of the incident with a brief description. Once sent, those responsible for ‘Green Line’ receive a notification and initiate the procedures to provide a solution to the request. In turn, the citizen will be informed of the status of the incident communicated through the app or the web www.lineaverdeestepona.com.
Línea Verde’ allows citizens to inform the City Council of incidents related to various issues such as sidewalks and roadways, lighting, sewage, cleaning, street furniture, traffic signs, dumping or abandoned vehicles, among others.
With this service, the Consistory establishes a direct channel of communication with neighbors interested in the improvement and conservation of the city.
