The City Council tenders the use of several classrooms of the Padre Manuel Cultural Center for the development of cultural and educational activities.
The bidding conditions have been published in the Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga (BOPMA). Interested parties may submit their proposals until February 3rd.
The Estepona City Council informs that it has put out to tender the authorization for the use of several municipal classrooms of the Padre Manuel Cultural Center for the development of cultural and educational activities.
In this way, the Consistory continues to offer the opportunity to teach classes in these municipal facilities. The authorization for the use of the classrooms will be in the manner and with the conditions set out in the bidding conditions, therefore, the actual occupation of the classrooms in the hours awarded will be exclusively for the conduct of workshops and courses, ruling out its use as an office, storage or any other uses that are not compatible with the purposes of the Cultural Center Padre Manuel.
The deputy mayor of the Sociocultural area, Paula Herrera, explained that in the Padre Manuel Cultural Center are available a total of nine classrooms distributed on the ground floor, first and second. Authorizations for the occupation of the classrooms will have a term of five months, and may be extended ten months for the school year from September 2024 to June 2025, if there is an agreement between the two parties.
Interested parties may physically submit their proposal through the Estepona Town Hall’s entry register until February 3, in a sealed envelope with the inscription “Award of authorizations for special common use of municipal classrooms for courses and workshops at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center in Estepona”.
The bases of the call, canon of authorization, guarantees, and documentation to be submitted, can be consulted on the website of the City Council, in the Electronic Headquarters, on the bulletin board of the municipal offices and in the Official Gazette of the Province of Malaga (BOPMA).
