The City Council of Estepona informs that the Padre Manuel Cultural Center will host next Friday, January 19, at 20:00 hours, the representation of ‘The dream machine’, a play for children and family theater for everyone to open the heart, written and directed by writer, actor and director of theater and film, Jesus Garcia Amezcua (finalist of the Critics Award), and performed by the masterful actresses Silvia Schiavoni and Virginia Gomez.
Synopsis: Mobile phones and digital devices surround the whole life of the human being. Where once there were beautiful and beautiful words, now there are only insults and ugly words that show the worst of human feelings. Not content with that, the rulers have created a huge factory run by a ruthless director who orders the workers to write ugly and horrible words that fly through the social networks, throwing the most beautiful feelings into huge garbage cans.
But a girl working in the factory discovers the beauty of a sentiment and her heart begins to harbor joy and hope. And the revolution begins by creating the Great Dream Machine. The music of Mozart, Debussy, Rossini, Wagner, Strauss, Tchaicovsky, Rachmaninov or Chopin among others, envelop this Magic Tale.
A metaphor of the contemporary world that will lead the whole family to want to enjoy the real world, to use social networks in the right measure and to appreciate love, affection and solidarity towards others.
Tickets on sale at the box office on the day of the performance, from one hour before the beginning of the show.
