Christmas Concert by the ‘Love to Sing’ Choir at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center

The Estepona Town Hall informs that next Friday, December 13, at 19.30 pm, will take place at the Mirador del Carmen Cultural Center the Christmas concert of the International Choir ‘Love to Sing’. It will be a musical evening with the interpretation of a program of Christmas Carols and Popular Songs, among others, under the direction of Shirley Helleur.

Since the start of its formation in September 2017, the ‘Love to Sing’ Choir has been giving community concerts in the local area, helping to raise awareness and funds for some of the area’s well known charities, such as ADANA, St George’s, Somos tu Ola, AGYA Asociación Gatos y Amigos, among others. It has also participated in the International Days of Estepona and Duquesa and in the Manilva Pride.

Currently, the Choir is directed by Shirley Helleur and has more than 45 members from various countries, who rehearse weekly. The formation is always open to new and experienced singers. Its repertoire includes popular songs, from classical to pop, rock and musical theater.

Admission to the concert is free until full capacity is reached, although a donation may be made to benefit the Spanish Association Against Cancer in Estepona.
