The workshop will be held during the months of September to December from 10:00 to 12:30 on Mondays and Wednesdays. It will be in the multipurpose room of the Tenencia, in Montemayor Street, 54.

Therefore, now we want to continue working on aspects such as: how to recognize what anxiety is, the factors that can cause it and how to combat it. In addition, it will also address how to recognize, accept and overcome a state of depression and how to overcome anxiety and depression by adopting healthy lifestyle habits that last over time, adopting the motto ‘men sana in corpore sano’.
The specific contents to be addressed in the workshop are: What is anxiety, how to overcome states of anxiety and nervousness; stress control, breathing techniques (yawning, breath, abdominal and bee breathing); how to identify a depressive mood; factors that influence depression: factors that trigger it and factors that maintain it; and tools to improve mood and live happier.
As for the training on healthy habits, the following contents will be worked on: healthy eating; how to organize schedules and tasks; sleep, prevention of insomnia; physical exercise; collaborating in household chores; social networks and addiction prevention; and prevention of drug use.
