The Cologne Chamber Philharmonic, D.D.C., was founded in 2003 in Cologne, Germany, a city internationally famous for its conservatory and music teachers. There, in the master classes of professors Viktor Tretjakov, Maria Kliegel, Robert Winn, Frans Helmerson, Zakhar Bron, Ralph Manno, the D.D.C. continuously recruits its talents. Already more than 100 musicians perform in various Philharmonic ensembles.

The Philharmonic’s goal is to make classical music sound all over the world on a world tour to New Zealand, Australia, Spain and Great Britain, and throughout Germany.

The Philharmonic’s motto is that its repertoire consists of the finest works. The special attraction of its program consists in the combination of popular works with lesser-known works from various musical epochs.
