Estepona will close the XXVII Provincial Cycling Circuit Diputación de Málaga of MTB Schools.

The last test will be held this Sunday, November 23, from 11:00 am, in Los Pedregales, by the C.D. Union Virgen del Carmen, with the Rally BTT School Estepona.

The councilman attached to the delegation of Sport, Luis Gil, and representatives of the CD Unión Ciclista Virgen del Carmen, Alejandro Pavón and Juan José López Baeza, have reported that this coming Sunday, November 23, from 11:00 am, will be held in Los Pedregales the last and decisive scoring test of the XXVII Provincial Cycling Circuit Diputación de Málaga, in the form of MTB Schools.

After having traveled a total of nine municipalities distributed by much of the geography of Malaga, this test will take place on the westernmost coast of the province, in an international tourist enclave such as Estepona. So next Sunday, November 23, with the fifth edition of the MTB Rally School Estepona, organized by the C.D. Union Ciclista Virgen del Carmen, will end the school season of the provincial circuit.

The day will begin with the future promises of Malaga cycling from 11:00 am, as usual, alternating the competitive categories with games and gymkhana activities for children, which will run throughout the morning.

As in all the races of this circuit, the following categories (male and female) will be able to participate: promise (7-8 years); beginner (9-10 years); alevin (11-12 years) and infantile (13-14 years).

The single bib system will be applied, so that all registrations will have to be made through the platform enabled for this purpose. Runners acquire the bib (2€) that will be used during all the races they wish to participate in.

Registrations will remain open through the web form, until next Thursday, November 20, at the price of 2 euros for federated participants and 8 euros for those who are not in possession of the federative license. However, those who wish to do so can register on the day of the race during the bib distribution hours (from 9.30 to 10.30 a.m.) at the San Isidro Labrador Municipal Park, in Los Pedregales, although they will have to pay a penalty of 3 euros.

For the formalization of registration and collection of the dorsal, participants must present the license of the year in force or failing that the ID card or photocopy of the family book along with the corresponding parental authorization.

For the test there will be six rounds, starting the first of them at 11 am with the male promises, then and in this order will come into play the male beginners, the promises and female beginners, male fry, male children and finally, the fry and female children.

The gymkhana will have a non-competitive character, so that all registered participants will be able to enjoy it throughout the morning without any classifications or timings for the participants.

There will be two courses: one for beginners and beginners of 890 meters and another for juveniles and children of 1,400 meters with some technical difficulties.

To determine the number of laps per category, we remind you that the following distances will be taken into account:

– Promises and beginners: maximum 1 km.

– Alevines: maximum 5 km.

– Children: maximum 10 km.
