Estepona will host the ‘Al Ándalus Basket Cup’25’ formative basketball tournament at Easter.
The first edition of this sporting event of BASKETBALL TOURNAMENTS 2025 will be held from April 14 to 16 at the facilities of the sports centers El Carmen, La Lobilla, Pineda and Sabinillas.
The Estepona City Council reports that the town will become from April 14 to 16, the epicenter of basketball base with the arrival of 60 teams from all over Spain and abroad.
The tournament Al Andalus Basket Cup, Easter 2025 will bring together players from 8 categories of training, 4 male and 4 female: fry, child, cadet and junior, aged between 11 and 18 years, in an event that combines competition, coexistence and passion for basketball.
With a total of 15 clubs registered, the tournament will feature representation from various autonomous communities and, for the first time, an international team. Al Andalus Basket Cup continues to grow and consolidate itself as a basketball tournament that guarantees fun.
In this edition 60 teams will participate, about 750 players from different Andalusian provinces, more than 40 teams from Madrid, teams from the autonomous community of Murcia and a team from Norway.
The games will start from 9:00 am, Monday 14 and Tuesday 15, until 21:30 pm, and Wednesday April 16 from 9:00 am to 15:00 pm.
