Leisure: Free entry to Selwo Aventura
Over 80,000 codes for online tickes can be issued by the town of Estepona to its residents so that they can visit Selwo Aventura for free. Those interested can go to the municipal offices in the Puertosol building of the new town hall (Avenida Juan Carlos I) or to the mayor’s office in Cancelada with their identity card. There they will receive a code that they must enter on the zoo’s website to receive their online ticket.
Residents can then show the online ticket directly at the entrance turnstile without having to go to the ticket office. Among other things, a new male elephant will soon be on display at Selwo Aventura.
The initiative is possible because of a cooperation agreement between the city and Parques Reunidos, the park’s operating company.
Selwo Aventura has a special significance not only for Estepona’s inhabitants, but it is also an important attraction for tourists.
