M. Luz Reyes presents the book ‘Brotaremos de nuevo’ in Casa de las Tejerinas

Estepona City Council informs that next Friday, June 27, at 18:00 hours, will take place in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, the presentation of the book ‘Brotaremos de nuevo’, by M. Luz Reyes.

Published by Ediciones Sakana, an independent publishing house based in Estepona, the book ‘Brotaremos de nuevo’ is gestated by watching a nature documentary. That is why I dare to say that inspiration is the result of the experiences that are lived, and are accompanied by the emotions that we have the courage to transfer to the outside world.

Based on nature, as part of it that we are, the collection of poems is composed of three parts: the nature of being, the nature of sex and the nature of love. The three pillars that, in my opinion, make up the human being.

In each of the parts, we find social analysis, erotic verses and love poems respectively, which reflect how we are and how we behave before the experience of living.

María Luz Reyes Muñiz was born in Jubrique (Málaga). Her profession, linked to the world of fashion, is not far from the creative field.

Poet of feeling since she has the ability to observe the world around her, it is not until the year 2023 that she publishes her first book, ‘Luz al aire’.

The arts are a place she intends to reach every day as a way of life. She paints out of emotional necessity and considers reading to be the best gift.

He thinks that beauty is the oxygen of things and in art he finds it generously.

He has a second prize in the story contest of the writing workshop Palabreando and is a semi-finalist with the micro story La estación in the Semana Fantástica de Algeciras 2023. He has participated in several anthologies, some of them for charity. He belongs to the association of writers of Spain, to the TAW Cultural association, is a member of La Balada Nómada and the poetry group of Estepona.
