Registrations for the traditional Christmas Tournament 2024 of the Municipal Chess School are now open.

It will be held from December 13 to 19 at the school’s headquarters, at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center in Estepona and in Cancelada.

The Estepona City Council informs that the Municipal Sports Chess School will celebrate next December 13, 16, 17, 18 and 19 the traditional Christmas Tournament 2024, for which the free registrations are already open.

In this activity will participate the students of the Municipal Sports School of Chess, both from Estepona and Cancelada, in all categories, and from the Center for Active Participation of the Elderly. The games will be played with clock, 10 minutes per player. The schedule is as follows:

– Friday 13, at EDMA-E (at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center): Senior, from 11:00 to 13:30.

– Monday 16, at EDMA-E: U-7-8, from 16:30 to 18:00 hours.

– Tuesday 17, at EDMA-E: U-10-12, from 17:30 to 19:00 hours.

– Wednesday 18, at EDMA-C (in Cancelada): all categories, from 17:00 to 19:30 hours.

– Thursday 19, at EDMA-E: U-12-14 and Seniors, from 19:00 to 20:30 hours.
