The Cine-Club offers ‘The Wild Girl’, a story of intrigue directed by Olivia Newman and based on the worldwide bestseller ‘Phenomenon’.
The film will be screened on Thursday, May 30, at 8:00 p.m., at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center.
It will be shown in the original version in English with Spanish subtitles.
The Estepona City Council informs that the Cine-Club of the delegation of Culture continues the spring cycle with the screening of ‘The wild girl’. American film of intrigue of 2022, with original title in English ‘Where the Crawdads Sing’ (Where the crabs sing), is based on the world bestseller ‘Phenomenon’.
Directed by Olivia Newman, it stars Daisy Edgar-Jones, Garret Dillahunt and David Strathaim, among others.
Synopsis: A woman who grew up in the marshes of the Deep South becomes a suspect in the murder of a man she was once involved with.
