The Esteponero Salvador Vilches will present the book ‘La puerta abierta’ at the Casa de Las Tejerinas.

Estepona City Council informs that Salvador Vilches, a professional in the hotel sector for many years, will present next Friday, March 28, at 6:00 p.m., in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, the poetry book ‘La puerta abierta’, published by Sakana editions.
Salvador Vilches Gómez was born in Estepona in 1947. He studied at the Don José Álvarez Academy and graduated in Tourism in 1973. In addition to his native language, he speaks English and French. M.B.A. from the University of Paris, taught in Seville in 1989, and Alta Dirección 1 in San Telmo in 1996.
As a hotel director and project manager by profession, in Spain he was in charge of different hotels, such as Sofico (Estepona and Fuengirola), Guadacorte (Los Barrios), Las Palomas (Torremolinos), Pirámides (Fuengirola), among others. Beyond its borders, he has worked in hotels in Thailand and Cuba. He also worked in Moscow, on quarterly trips from 1990 to 1992, and later returned to Spain as general manager of various hotel establishments scattered throughout the geography.
He also served as president of the Hotel Association of the province of Malaga, AEHCOS, and as coordinator of the Sanitation Forum of the Costa del Sol.
Retired since 2011, his mastery of languages and his broad culture have led him to experiment in many fields, including literature.
