The Estepona City Council reports that the Martial Arts Night 2024 gathered 240 athletes yesterday Tuesday at the Polideportivo El Carmen. This activity is included in the program of sports activities ‘En Forma X Navidad’, organized jointly by the City Council, the 24 Hours Sports Foundation and local clubs and sports centers.
Participants showed their best techniques, talent and enthusiasm on the tatami. The event consisted of various exhibitions of the Municipal Martial Arts Sports Schools and local clubs and sports centers, in which all kinds of martial disciplines are practiced, such as Judo, Kyokushin Karate, Shotokan Karate, Taekwon-do or Kick Boxing, among others.
The participating groups were as follows:

4. C.D. Judo Club Estepona
5. C.D. Kick Boxing K-9
6. C.D. Golden Boy de MuayThai
7. C.D. Ruiz Dojo of Kyokushin Karate
The councilman attached to the delegation of Sport, Luis Gil Amores, presented a commemorative diploma to each of the heads of the groups, noting that “the success of the evening would be impossible without the commitment and effort of the groups year after year.
