The Polideportivo El Carmen will host the XXVII Summer Table Tennis Tournament on September 2.

The registration period for this competition will remain open until August 30.

Estepona City Council reports that the Polideportivo El Carmen will host next Saturday, September 2, the celebration of the XXVII Summer Table Tennis Tournament, one of the most traditional tournaments on the Costa del Sol.

This competition, which is organized by the Table Tennis Club of Estepona (CTME), with the collaboration of the City Council, the company Achedosol Montes Torres and the sports magazine Jugador Doce, will feature players from different clubs from all corners of the Andalusian community. The organization estimates the participation of 70 to 80 players.

The tournament will have two categories, U-15 and Absolute. In the morning, from 08:00 to 14:00 hours, will be played the group stages, each formed by five or six players, playing all against all, passing to the direct playoffs the best of each group.

The direct elimination rounds will be played from 16:00 to 20:00 hours. There will be trophies for the top three in both categories, and best local U-15 and absolute.
