The Polideportivo El Carmen will host the XXVIII Table Tennis Tournament on September 7th.

The Estepona City Council informs that the Polideportivo El Carmen will host on Saturday September 7 the celebration of the XXVIII Summer Table Tennis Tournament, one of the most traditional sporting events on the Costa del Sol. This competition is organized by the Table Tennis Club of Estepona (CTME), with the collaboration of the City of Estepona, the company Achedosol Montes Torres, and the sports magazine Jugador Doce. Players from different clubs of the Andalusian community will participate. It is expected a participation of 70 to 80 players.
The tournament will have two categories, U-15 and Absolute. In the morning, from 10.00 to 14.00 hours, will be played the group stages, each formed by five or six players, playing all against all, passing to the direct elimination rounds the best of each group. The direct elimination rounds will be played from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
There will be trophies for the top three in both categories, and best local U-15 and absolute.
