Urban development: Work in the “Camino de las Mesas” area progresses

According to the city, the urbanisation works in the area of “Camino de las Mesas” are 75 per cent complete and have thus entered the final phase. The remaining work is to be completed by January 2023.

On an area of more than 165,000 square metres in the northern part of the city, seven connecting roads, two plots for social housing, a commercial area, a secondary school and 472 parking spaces are being built. In addition, more than 16,000 square metres of green space will be created.

In addition, pipes for the supply, sewage, gas and telecommunications networks will be laid in the ground.
