The artist Julio Carazo exhibits at the Casa de las Tejerinas a set of sculptural pieces made with different materials.
The opening of the exhibition will take place on Thursday, July 6, at 6:00 p.m., and can be visited until July 19, with free access.
The City Council of Estepona informs that Room 1 of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, located in the Plaza de las Flores, will host from next Thursday, July 6, at 18:00 hours, an exhibition of classical and modern sculptures by the artist Julio Carazo from Burgos.
The exhibition consists of a total of 18 sculptures made of different materials, and can be visited until July 19, from Tuesday to Friday, from 9:00 to 20:00 hours, and Saturdays from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 hours, with free access.
Julio Carazo was born in Burgos in 1953, and lives in Miranda de Ebro, where he is related to culture, in its different facets. He takes different courses of popular crafts, in ceramics, leather, leather, leather….
A self-taught artist, he works with solid materials such as limestone, alabaster, steel and copper. Since 1991, he has been fully dedicated to sculpture in all its extension and artistic themes.
He works from basic materials, stone and alabaster, combining it with wood, copper and iron, resulting in the most diverse sculptural works.
He is a member of the Agrupación Mirandesa de las Artes, of Miranda de Ebro, of the Grupo Cultural Muriel, of Palencia, and of the Asociación Aplama, of Málaga.
