The Botanical Orchid Park of Estepona will host the celebration of the X Fair of Orchids and Collection Plants.

The meeting, which will be held on November 2 and 3, will include cultivation and flowering workshops and the participation of eight exhibitors.

The Estepona Town Hall informs that next November 2 and 3 will be held in the Botanical Orchid Park the X Fair of Orchids and Collection Plants of Estepona. In this edition the event will be attended by eight exhibitors-sellers, mostly from the province of Malaga, which will offer a wide range of orchids, both decorative and collection. Among them are Flora del Trópico (Madrid) and Pantrópica (Málaga), orchid growers; collection begonias and aroids, by Begonias & Más (Málaga); Todoplantbulbosas (Sevilla); Bromelias BCN (Barcelona); Viveros El Jardín (Valencia); TropicPlants (Málaga); and Kokedama, Plants in moss balls (Málaga).

The meeting is a great opportunity to contemplate the fantastic botanical collection of the Orchidarium, but also to learn about the art and culture of orchids. The fair includes the celebration of three practical workshops of initiation to the cultivation and flowering, which will take place on Saturday 2, at 11.00 and 17.00 hours; and Sunday 3, at 11.00 hours. To attend the workshops, which will be held outside the facilities in the Botanical Orchid Park, you just have to show the ticket to access the site.

Since the capacity of the workshops will be limited, it is necessary to reserve a place in person or by calling the Orchidarium: 951 51 70 74, within the opening hours (from 10.00 to 13.30 and from 15.00 to 17.00 hours).

The Orchid Fair is free and open to the public, and will be open to visitors from 10.00 to 19.00 hours on Saturday, without interruption; and from 10.00 to 14.00 hours on Sunday.
