The City Council and ‘Frente Bolillón’ launch a new edition of the Christmas charity campaign ‘No Child Without a Toy’.
The deadline for submitting applications will be open until December 13 at the headquarters of the Association ‘Frente Bolillón’, from 12.00 to 14.00 hours. Individuals and companies can collaborate with this solidarity initiative that will distribute gifts to some 300 families during Christmas.
The mayor of Estepona, José María García Urbano, the president of the association ‘Frente Bolillón’, Luís Rodríguez and the councilor attached to the area of Youth, Julia Simón, today presented the XXX edition of the charity campaign ‘No Child Without a Toy’, which will distribute gifts this Christmas to about 300 families with economic difficulties in Estepona, Casares and Manilva. In addition, this year toys will also be sent to families in the Valencian town of Paiporta that have been affected by the DANA.
The alderman has valued this joint action between the Consistory and the association ‘Frente Bolillón’, which aims to ensure that children from families with fewer resources receive gifts during the Christmas holidays.
García Urbano has also highlighted the “great solidarity and altruistic work” carried out by the association ‘Frente Bolillón’ for three decades, offering help to people and entities that need it most.

For his part, the president of the association ‘Frente Bolillón’, Luis Rodriguez, reported that in recent years, this campaign has come to serve about 500 children aged 0 to 12 years. In addition, he has specified that the selection of beneficiaries is made through a database that has the association and a list of users who provide the municipal delegations of Social Welfare and Women’s Estepona, Casares and Manilva.
Rodriguez has reported that families interested in benefiting from this campaign may apply between November 20 and December 13, at the headquarters of the association, located on the street Front Bolillon, from 12.00 to 14.00 hours.
These people must submit the application form, which must be accompanied by photocopies of the ID of the parents, photocopy of the Family Book, updated work life of the parents, certificate of the beneficiary of the benefit or unemployment benefit and original certificate of registration of the family unit (minimum age 2024). In addition, it has specified that toys can also apply for all those who are aware of families with needs that have not been registered in this program.
As a novelty, CaixaBank has launched the initiative ‘The tree of dreams’, which will respond to the desire of 50 children, with as many gifts valued at 50 euros each.
