The City Council and the Alliance Française de Malaga launch the second quarter of the French courses for adults.

The Consistory cedes the facilities of the Padre Manuel Cultural Center so that, for the ninth consecutive year, these internationally recognized degrees can be taught.
The City Council of Estepona and the Alliance Française of Malaga inform of the launch of the second quarter of the French courses for adults, which will run from February 9 to June 4, within the framework of collaboration that both institutions maintain to promote the learning of the French language in the city.
The courses are aimed at adults of all levels, with a wide range of schedules, and can be taught both in person at the Padre Manuel Cultural Center and online, thus facilitating access to a greater number of students. The course is organized in two weekly classes of one hour and a half each, taught by native teachers with extensive experience and official qualifications.
In addition to general language instruction, the Alliance Française de Malaga offers specific preparation courses for the official DELF and DALF exams, which will be held in June. These diplomas, DELF (Diplôme d’Études en Langue Française) and DALF (Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française) are official certifications issued by the French Ministry of National Education and are internationally recognized, both academically and professionally.
These qualifications allow the reinforcement of a competitive curriculum, as they are increasingly valued by public administrations, companies and educational institutions and are recognized by the CRUE (Conference of Rectors of Spanish Universities). In this sense, it is worth remembering that the B1 level is mandatory in Spain to obtain a university degree, that the B2 level is a minimum requirement to access an Erasmus scholarship and that the DELF B2 or DALF allow direct access to French universities and a growing number of European and French-speaking universities, exempting the completion of language tests in the framework of the Demande dÁdmission Préalable (DAP).
The Alliance Française de Malaga is the only official examination center for the DELF and DALF diplomas in the entire province of Malaga, which allows candidates to take the exams without having to travel outside the province.
With this new training offer, the City Council of Estepona and the Alliance Française de Malaga reaffirm their commitment to the promotion of multilingualism and quality training, providing access to official certifications of great academic and professional projection.
