The City Council completes the comprehensive remodeling and beautification of San Antonio Street and its surroundings.

The actions, part of the Next Generation program, have been carried out in Los Reyes, San Cayetano, Corta and San Antonio.

The City Council, within its plan ‘Estepona, Garden of the Costa del Sol’, has completed an action aimed at the comprehensive remodeling and beautification of San Antonio street and its surroundings.

Specifically, it has intervened in the streets San Antonio, Los Reyes, San Cayetano and Corta. The remodeling, which has involved an investment of 513,000 euros, has allowed the replacement of the sewage and rainwater networks. The entire pavement has also been changed.

This action is part of the call for aid for the strengthening of commercial activity in tourist areas financed by the EU’s Next Generation Recovery, Transformation and Resilience Plan.

The municipal action in these streets has concluded with the tasks of beautification and decoration, improving urban aesthetics following the model of the plan ‘Estepona, Garden of the Costa del Sol’ with which the City Council has already revitalized up to 140 streets in the municipality.
