The City Council organizes the Espeto Fest 2023 Estepona from July 27th to 29th, at La Rada beach.

The musical event, free of charge, will pay tribute to the group Abba and Andalusian rock, with guitarist Juan Delola, and will allow to enjoy the XXI Reggae Night, with Afrijams, Wese House Crew, Don Spider and Leroy Onestone.

Estepona City Council informs that the beach of La Rada, in front of Plazoleta Ortiz, will host from July 27 to 29 the celebration of the festival ESPETO FEST 2023 Estepona; three days of good music and free fun with a tribute to the band ABBA, a tribute to the Andalusian Rock; and the XXI REGGAE NIGHT, with Afrijams, Wese House Crew, Don Spider and Leroy Onestone. Access will be free.

The festival will kick off on Thursday 27, at 22:00 hours, with a tribute to ABBA. The resemblance of its protagonists with the originals, the costume changes, the live music and voices, the choirs, the sounds and an attractive scenography…, essential ingredients of the show “EuroAbba – Dancing with Abba”, that make the spectator travel in time to live the sensation of being in a concert of the most Eurovisive Swedish band, Abba.

On Friday 28 will be the turn to pay tribute to the Andalusian Rock with an incredible show produced and directed by guitarist Juan Delola, where they review, as a tribute, the most representative songs of the so-called Andalusian Rock Movement. An emotional journey back in time to the Andalusia of the seventies, where this historical musical and cultural event that meant a before and after in the music of this country was born. Triana, Alameda, Medina Azahara or Lole y Manuel, are some of the groups and artists honored.

The Espeto Fest will end on Saturday 29th with the XXI REGGAE NIGHT. After 20 editions enjoying the best Jamaican and African sounds on the beach, one more year, we have an appointment with the Reggae Night.

The great reggae night of the Costa del Sol will start with the African rhythms of the group of brothers from Senegal, AFRIJAMS, followed by the band WESE HOUSE CREW, which will accompany the Jamaican singers DON SPIDER and LEROY ONESTONE, filling the night of Estepona with Jamaican rhythms and good reggae music.
