The Puppet Festival ‘TiterEstepona 2024’ will open with a new adventure of ‘Peneque el valiente’.
The Malaga-based company Producciones Infantiles Miguel Pino returns to Estepona next Friday, August 23rd at the Plaza García Caparrós, with free access.
The Estepona Town Hall informs that next Friday, August 23, at 20.00 hours, the Festival ‘TiterEstepona 2024’ will start in the Plaza García Caparrós with the play ‘Peneque y el fantasma’, by the Malaga company Producciones Infantiles Miguel del Pino.
“Mr. Pino and Tina Madrina place little colorful flags but, suddenly, one of the garlands comes off. They don’t think anything of it and put it back up again. It gets interesting when, from a corner of the stage, a little ghost appears fluttering around, landing inside the theater. Will they find out who the mysterious little ghost is? Will evil characters want to spoil the party? Peneque, with the help of all those present, boys and girls with the mythical phrase: “Peneque, Peneque, where are you going?”, will prevent it, saving the party”.
TiterEstepona will continue on September 6, at 8:00 pm, with the play ‘Toy Story’, by Atelana Teatro. “Elías Serna, a lover of old bookstores, finds a book with a toy heart inside that awakens his imagination. He will tell us the love story of the tin soldier and the brave dancer”.
Finally, on September 13, at 9:00 p.m., ‘Museum: The history of art for girls and boys’, by La Líquida, will be performed, a fun and educational show that will bring the Puppet Festival to a close. A wonderful journey through the history of art by the hand of the great masters: Picasso, Van Gogh, Velázquez, Michelangelo, Da Vinci… and the great masters, of course: Tamara de Lempika, Sofonisba Anguissola or Frida Kahlo.
The Diputación Provincial de Málaga collaborates in this program.
