Urban development: Work on the Avenida de España continues

The second phase of the project to redevelop Avenida de España and the pedestrian zone in Estepona has begun. The works will be carried out from Avenida Juan Carlos I to Calle Delfín on an area of 15,874 square metres and are expected to last four months. The works, for which a budget of 3,718,282 million euros has been earmarked, will be carried out by the company Grulop 21.S.L..

The works will be followed by a third phase, in the section between Calle Delfín and the roundabout at the entrance to the Los Pescadores neighbourhood.
