The Municipal Theater Group ‘Farándula’ plays the comedy ‘Locas’ for the benefit of Caritas of the Parish Nuestra Señora del Carmen of Estepona.
The performance, starring Isa Cintrano and Asunción Rivera, will take place on Friday 20 at 8.30 pm.
Estepona City Council informs that the Municipal Theater Group ‘Farándula’ will represent next Friday September 20 the comedy ‘Locas’, by José Pascual Abellán, to benefit Caritas of the Parish of Nuestra Señora del Carmen. It will be at the Centro Cultural Padre Manuel at 20.30 hours.
‘Locas’ is a reflection on mental illness, its impact on those who suffer from it and the vision that society has about it. It stars Isa Cintrano and Asunción Rivera, under the direction of Luque, and Maribel Aragón as assistant director.
“Both protagonists embody sympathetic characters who become lovable as the action unfolds. Gregoria and Martirio find themselves in the psychiatrist’s waiting room, each one with her reality, each one with her way of facing it, and both with their desires to be accepted”.
Tickets are priced at 5 euros and can be purchased at the box office from one hour before the performance. As in previous successful performances, the play will have a charitable purpose. On this occasion, the money raised will go to Caritas Diocesana de la Parroquia Nuestra Señora del Carmen.
