Estepona City Council and the Athletics Club organize the X Urban Race 10 KM ‘Tenth Anniversary Trophy’.
The race will take place on Sunday, October 15. Registrations can already be formalized at www.dorsalchip.es and in person at Deportes Olímpia, Centro Deportivo Fitness y Pádel Las Mesas and Uniformes Estepona. On Saturday October 14 will be held the junior races.
The Estepona City Council informs that the registration period to participate in the X Urban Race 10 KM ‘Tenth Anniversary Trophy’, which will be held on October 15, organized by the City of Estepona, together with the Estepona Athletics Club, is now open.
This is one of the most important sporting events in the city, which also has the attraction of running through the main enclaves of the municipality, such as the renovated historic center or the great boulevard.
Registrations can be made online on the platform www.dorsalchip.es, or in person at Deportes Olimpia (C/ Pozo de los Palos), at the Fitness and Paddle Sports Center Las Mesas (Avda. Reina Sofía) and at Uniformes Estepona (C/ Valladolid).
The fees for the Junior Race (A, B and C) will be 3 €, and (D) 5 €, and registrations can be made until 14:00 hours on Wednesday, October 11. In case there are free places on the day of the race, registration will cost 10 €, and can be made in the tent set up in the starting area, until 09:30 am, half an hour before the start of the first race.
For the Absolute Race (10 km. and 5 km.), registrations have a starting price of 10 €, and can be made until Sunday, August 20, at 00:00 hours; 12 € from August 21 to Friday, October 6, until 14:00 hours; and 15 € from Saturday, October 7 until Wednesday, October 11, at 14:00 hours.
The bibs can be collected from Friday, October 13, from 17:30 to 21:00 hours, and Saturday, October 14 from 08:30 to 13:00 hours, in the Plaza de la Fuente of the Athletics Stadium of Estepona, located in Avenida Juan Carlos I. On the day of the race, Sunday 15, they can be collected from 08:00 to 09:30 hours, half an hour before the start of the race, in the same place.
On this occasion, the children’s race will be held on Saturday October 14 from 10:00 am, and on Sunday October 15 will take place at 10:00 am the 5 km race and from 10:10 am, the 10 km race, starting and finishing at the Athletics Stadium of Estepona.
