Infrastructure: City used holidays for works in education centres

During the summer holidays, the City of Estepona carried out a total of 130 works to improve, maintain and preserve the educational centres, which include 13 public schools, five municipal kindergartens and the adult education centre.

Among the most important works were the repair of a wall at the sports fields of the CEIP Ramón García, the installation of a rainwater network at the Antonio Machado School and the repair of a roof at the Federico García Lorca Primary School.

Although the city takes care of the maintenance of the educational centres all year round. However, major works that would cause inconvenience to the education centres are carried out during the summer holidays.
