The Casa de Las Tejerinas will host an exhibition of urban photography by David Tomé and Martín Corradini.

The exhibition will be inaugurated on Friday 18 and through it the authors invite the public to travel the streets of the United Kingdom from a point of view far from the tourist postcards.
The Estepona City Council informs that Room 1 of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, in the Plaza de las Flores, will host next Friday, August 18, at 18:00 hours, the opening of the urban photography exhibition ‘Here in England’, a joint project of David Tomé and Martín Corradini, members of the Colectivo Imagen.
Both photographers intend to invite the public to walk through the streets of the United Kingdom, but not through the typical tourist postcards, but through a more cultural city, through those places of any “city”, where life goes on.
The authors intend that attendees are carried away by the corners of Bristol, Liverpool, Manchester and London, daring to meet the people who are hidden behind the bustle of the cities. Every instant, every moment, tells a story that goes unnoticed in the noise of everyday life. But, if we stop and look closely, they bring us closer to the soul of the city.
This exhibition is organized by the City Council of Estepona and collaborates in it the Collective FhotoEstepona, the Collective Image (collective of photography of Fuengirola), in its 40th Anniversary, in addition to the Andalusian and Spanish Federations of Photography.
It can be visited until August 30, from Tuesday to Friday, from 09:00 to 20:00 hours, and Saturdays from 09:00 to 14:00 and 16:00 to 20:00 hours, with free access.
