The Felipe VI Auditorium will host tomorrow the performance of Juanfra Carrasco, one of the most relevant flamenco voices of the current flamenco scene.

The mayor of Estepona, José María García Urbano, has appreciated that the artist is opening an important niche in flamenco for his knowledge of this art and a capacity for expression out of the ordinary.
The mayor of Estepona, José María García Urbano, and flamenco singer Juanfra Carrasco today presented the performance that the artist will offer tomorrow at the Auditorio Felipe VI, at 21.00 hours.
The alderman has pointed out that those passionate about singing will have the opportunity tomorrow to enjoy an artist who is opening an important gap in flamenco for his knowledge of this art and a capacity for expression out of the ordinary.
The first mayor has appreciated that, despite his youth, Juanfra Carrasco has grown up listening and studying the great singers in the history of flamenco jondo as Chocolate, Caracol or Vallejo.
Connoisseurs of this art realized his potential when he started performing at the age of six. Later, at the age of 15, he began to participate in television programs, a moment in which the critics were clear that his voice was here to stay.
Heir to the most jondo essence of flamenco, Juanfra Carrasco has spent years participating in the most prestigious festivals and singing to the top figures of the dance.
Juanfra Carrasco will be accompanied tomorrow by the Seville guitarist ‘El Perla’, another musician who is committed to the purest flamenco without commercial additives. This instrumentalist believes that flamenco requires a little and you have to listen to those who managed to get this music was considered Intangible Heritage of Humanity.
The mayor explained that Estepona is a city that knows how to value flamenco and culture, so he is convinced that tomorrow the Felipe VI Auditorium will be filled with good fans.
Tickets can still be purchased at www.tafestepona.es and at the Auditorium box office from two hours before the performance begins.
