Infrastructure: Construction of a new roundabout started

The town of Estepona has started the construction of a new roundabout in the Huerta Nueva area, at the junction between Avenida Carlos Cano and Calle Manuel Navarro Mollor. The roundabout should not only lead to a better traffic flow, but also facilitate access to the future parking facilities at the El Carmen church.

The construction work is expected to be completed in one and a half months. The city advises that there may be traffic obstructions during this time. The reason for this is that roads will have to be partially or completely closed for the construction work.

Appropriate signs will inform road users of the detours they can use.
