Sport: Cycling race for children

Until today, Thursday, 9 March, 3 pm, parents can register their children for the XXV Circuito de Ciclismo for Schools. The cycling race for children will be held on Saturday, 11 March, at the Fair and Sports Park in Estepona and is part of the “Year of the Bicycle 2023”.

The cycle race on Saturday, 11 March, will start at 11am, with participants expected to arrive from 9.30am to 10.30am. The categories are Promises (7 to 8 years), Beginners (9 to 10 years), Alevines (11 to 12 years) and Infantil (13 to 14 years). About 100 children are expected to take part in the race.

Registrations can be made via the e-mail address deportes@estepona.es, by calling the sports department at 952802444 or at the Harman Bike, Radikal Bike, El Torumalet, Eco Bike, Bici Market and Fit Bike shops. The price is 2 euros for riders with a so-called bicycle licence and 7 euros for those without.
