Culture: Works on the Castillo de San Luis put out to tender
The works for the conservation and restoration of the Castillo de San Luis have been put out to tender by the town of Estepona. The Castillo de San Luis is a coastal fortress built in the last quarter of the 16th century, the remains of which are located in the historic centre of the town and is a cultural asset of special interest.
Among other things, a roof is to be installed, a tour created and educational panels created. The works have a base budget of €522,952 (including VAT). The costs will be covered by the European Union through the “Next Generation EU” plan.
