Author Eme Barrios presents her illustrated poetry book ‘A través de la tormenta’ at Casa de Las Tejerinas

The City Council of Estepona informs that the author Eme Barrios will present next Friday, February 21, at 18:00 hours, in the Alfonso Gil Alfonso Hall of the Casa de Las Tejerinas, her first collection of poems ‘A través de la tormenta’, “a journey without a compass through the lost fragments of time”.

Published by Grupo Editorial Círculo Rojo, in ‘A través de la tormenta’ Eme immerses the reader in a captivating journey through an illustrated poetry book that transforms each poem or fragment into an inspiring experience that fuses poetry, visual art and music. In its pages, the author delves into themes such as loss, love and life’s surprises, both good and challenging.

With “vibrant” illustrations and melodies that complement the reading, the writer’s intention has been to create a publication that not only entertains, but also makes people reflect and connect.

Eme Barrios is from Cádiz and a writer at heart. “I have had the honor of reciting on stages such as the Paco de Lucía Auditorium, among others; presenting works such as ‘Desde lo más profundo’ and premiering innovative poetry shows such as ‘Omnia’ and ‘Caleidoscopio’. Outside the letters you will find me traveling, walking by the sea or tasting chocolate chips. Between oncite and oncite, I’m always looking for new ways to connect with you,” she says.
